What Pulse is
Pulse is a native Mac application that plays local media and drives compatible motion devices from funscripts on the same machine. Pulse Remote is an optional iOS app that talks to Pulse on your Mac over your local network after you pair it. There is no Pulse account and no cloud library.
License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pulse and Pulse Remote on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not sell, sublicense, or misrepresent the apps as someone else’s product.
Your media and devices
You are responsible for the media, scripts, and hardware you use with Pulse, including that you have the right to play that media and that you operate devices safely. Pulse does not upload your files.
Updates
The Mac app may check a public appcast for updates. You can ignore an update. We may change or discontinue builds without notice.
No warranty
Pulse is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Motion hardware can cause injury or damage if misused. Use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Pulse, including device hardware, lost files, or interrupted playback.
